Q: App or game crashes or does not work on my device
A: We apologize for the experience and assure you we are here to help. Please try the following first before contacting the marketplace for a refund:
a. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game or app
b. Try restarting your device with a Hard Boot (Press and Hold the power button on your device until it asks you to turn it off or restart it and power it off. Now restart your device again by holding the power button and you would have done a proper restart).
c. Still not working? We really apologize about that, please send us a message using the form below or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is nothing to worry about, we are here to serve you and make sure you get a working app or a full refund via your marketplace. We will do everything in our power to help you out in reaching a full solution that you are satisfied with!
Q: I want a refund, I did not like the game or app
A: Awww, we really try our best to make fun and entertaining games and apps and understand that not everyone is going to like our games. We are sad to see you go, but we are here to help you fully with the refund process. You may also consider one of our other games or apps which may be better suited to your liking (You may check out our games page above). Here are the steps you can take to get a full refund:
a. First try and email out the market you made the original purchase from. This is the best way to get a full refund correctly. WHY? The reason for this is two fold, firstly they can most likely refund you the exact way you paid and that too correctly in the original currency you used. Secondly you can think of our games and apps like an end product and the various app stores like physical shops. If you purchased your favorite Gucci shirt from an upscale store, but then were not satisfied with your purchase, you’d go back to that store and not directly to Gucci right? It’s the same idea here with the app stores. We simply provide them our game or app and then they sell them to you and take a profit and so they are the best place to get a refund first.
b. Still not getting the refund? Not to worry! As we said we will do everything to help you with the refund process if you are not completely satisfied, so we will try and refund you via paypal, please email us directly at email@example.com and let us know the situation and we will be more than happy to assist you fully. We pride ourselves on service and are here to help you out. We are not like other app developers, our service is unique and all our games and apps are backed by our commitment to our end users like you! Rest assured we will get to the very bottom of this and take full responsibility for your satisfaction!
Q: How do you guys come up with your app prices?
A: We believe our prices are quite fair in general. We pride ourselves on the overall experience you get as an end user of our games and apps. Our pricing methodology is simple (and we believe it is quite fair when compared to the overall app experience and service we deliver when compared to other competitors out there who you probably can’t find online or don’t have a web presence or a proper customer service philosophy to fully take care of all your concerns and needs):
a. Did you get a quality experience from our app or game that gave you fun or entertainment? If we have delivered, then we believe that experience is worth the price of a coffee (About $2.99-$4.99 in general).
b. If we have a game or app experience that you are most likely going to really get entertained by or find useful, those exquisite experiences command a higher price and so we believe that the price of a fancy coffee at your local high end coffee shop should easily suffice for such an experience (About $4.99-$6.99).
c. We also understand there are those who would like to simply try our apps or games before buying or may never make a purchase at all. For those users we have Freemium versions of our games which can be downloaded for free, however they feature ads which can be removed for a fee as outlined above should you decide to get the full quality ad-free experience.
d. In-App Virtual Gold and Currency is another area where users can purchase and obtain high quality experiences. With virtual currency we try to accomodate all user types, those who would like to spend a small amount up to those who wish to spend more for higher quality virtual items and experiences. Our virtual currency and virtual item prices range from generally $0.99 to $99.99.
e. Throughout the year we may run various sales however we do not specifically publicize when those may occur.

Q: What are the differences between your games and apps (Classic, Minor and Major Titles)?
A: We currently have three (3) distinct app types which are outlined as follows:
a. MAJOR TITLES: These are our most prominent games and titles at the moment. These games will generally be priced either at $4.99-$6.99 or may be freemium titles with virtual currency. They tend to have a lot more support and a lot more marketing is done on them. These games are our pride and joy and have been heavily invested into by us, both with time and money. They will also tend to have a higher quality level overall when compared to our other apps and games and thats just due to the major resources we’ve been able to put behind these games on the whole.
b. MINOR TITLES AND REMAKES: Our minor titles are smaller games and apps and have been given less resources in general when compared to our major titles. They will usually range in price between $2.99-$4.99 and are of high quality but not as extensive as our major titles (Ex. A major title may have many levels or more advanced gameplay whereas minor titles may have a single level or less involved gameplay).
c. NO LONGER UPDATED CLASSIC TITLES: These games and apps are ones we no longer update, however we still fully support all the users of our games and apps we have ever made. We support them with our ongoing commitment to service and making sure we help you out with your purchase. Many of these games may have not been as popular as our other titles or may have reached their end of life. For those reasons (or other reasons we may have decided to no longer update a game or app) we have stopped developing them and gone onto new projects, however we have not abandoned the users of these apps. We still value your business and will do our very best to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Some of our classic apps and games to this day are so very unique that they are literally one of a kind and for this reason alone are still very popular.
Q: Why are your prices different on different markets and app stores?
A: There are definitely times you may see this happen. Here are the main reasons this occurs:
a. PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS: Sometimes there could be a special promotion or event that is going on in a certain market. For example when a company launches a new tablet or phone or is deciding to launch a new device, we may change our prices during that time on that specific marketplace.
b. QUALITY EXPERIENCE: In some cases you may notice that the price may be higher and this could be due to a quality experience. For example on the Barnes and Noble Nook market, we have taken additional time to adapt our apps and games to make sure that they run on Nook devices which other developers in general are not doing and hence we are able to service a marketplace that other developers are not a part of. Other times you may see our prices for the top tier marketplaces having higher premium prices because you’ll get a higher quality experience on those devices. For example our Major Title, Slot Bop HD, looks incredibly beautiful on an iPad that the experience is an absolute joy. On a tiny Android device with a small 3 inch screen however, the experience may not be anywhere near the same, and so the prices reflect that.
c. NO LONGER SUPPORTED OR HARDER TO SUPPORT OPTIONS: If a marketplace is older or harder for us and many other developers to service and we have taken our time to enter those markets and support them, our prices could reflect that. Not many app and game companies go outside of the major marketplaces in general and so we may have different prices that could reflect these situations.

Q: I Love your game or app and want to write about it in my blog, article or feature it on our tv show, web show, youtube channel, or other media, how can I do that?
A: YAAAY! Another happy fan!! WE LOVE YOU TOO! We will do everything we can to help you as you support our awesome games and apps:
a. PRESS KITS AND MARKETING: Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a press kit or more marketing information and let us know what you’re planning to do so we can get you the images and media you need to suit your promotion.
b. RIGHTS TO USE OUR IMAGES, LOGOS, AND TEXT FOR MARKETING: We give you the right to use our marketing images, logos and text for MARKETING OUR GAMES AND APPS ONLY so that you can show other end users our specific games or apps you are planning to promote. All marketing and promotions should point directly to the app in the various app markets or back to our website. If you generate revenues during your marketing or promotion of our games or apps (Ex. You make youtube video reviews and are generating ad revenue), thats fine (SHAMELESS SELF PLUG: You could use that money to…Buy More Of Our Games…HINT HINT). What is not cool: Don’t resell our graphics as your own or any of our media as your own or claim you have copyrights or ownership of any of our stuff. Seriously though, how would you like it if you worked really hard on a project, daily putting in your love and attention and finally when it was ready to go and show to the world, someone else came along and said…”I MADE THAT”…yea really not cool…but if you went around and said, “Hey look at my friend who made this amazing thing you gotta see it, it looks like this, I took a selfie with their awesome creation cause it was so awesome and I gotta share it with the world”…now THAT’S SUPER COOL!!! 🙂

Q: We have an sdk we would love for you guys to integrate or try out…it can make you guys a lot more money or get you more users, etc. etc. ARE YOU INTERESTED?
A: Thank you for contacting us! We get these requests daily from various sdk companies and startups all trying to get us to install the next latest and greatest sdk that will solve all our problems overnight supposedly or are so unique that we’re crazy not to have them, and that every one of them will take five minutes to integrate. We appreciate the awesome sdk you have as some of these have been very helpful for us, however most of the time we get a fancy marketing pitch. We urge you to send us your written request and details via email for consideration and if it matches our needs or we see a value in adding it, we will get back to you. For MARKETING REPS from these various sdk companies who have no idea about coding or integration and simply have been hired to pitch your new sdk to us, please consider the following:
a. INTEGRATION TAKES TIME! Just because you’ve seen one of your in-house developers integrate your sdk in literally 5 minutes, does not mean it will take developers in general that amount of time. We have MANY sdk’s integrated in our games and apps and on various platforms. Please dont tell us that it takes 5 minutes to integrate unless you’ve seen many REAL WORLD developers do it and not just your in-house developers. SDK’s must play nice with our other sdk’s which we have integrated and must be cross platform and UNITY 3D ready. If you cannot have a DEDICATED rep for us who will help us in the integration, DON’T BOTHER SUBMITTING ANY REQUESTS, they will be ignored. We need a rep who can help us with the coding integration (Via Skype or Live, don’t simply give us their email) to answer our questions as we integrate any new sdk’s.
b. GUARANTEED BASE AMOUNT FOR INTEGRATION: Integration costs time and money. Be prepared to provide a fee for the integration aside from the promises of what the sdk will do for us when we integrate it. We have our costs involved so don’t expect us to do this for the “Possibility” of success with your sdk. If you do not have a budget for us integrating your sdk aside from what your sdk will do “When we integrate it” then it is highly unlikly we would consider it.
c. GUARANTEED NOT SELLING OFF OR GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND CONSISTENT UPDATES: It is very frustarting to have integrated an sdk only to have the sdk company go out of business or be sold off to the highest bidder who no longer maintains things or to have the sdk not being updated to match the changes in the market fast enough. If you cannot guarantee that you’re not going to just close up shop within a year then we may consider your sdk. Literally we’ve had this happen to us too many times and no longer take sdk requests blindly. Plain and simple, if you’re going to pitch us about an sdk and the company just opened up yesterday, your sdk better really wow us or else we won’t be integrating it.

Q: Will you guys make an app or game for our company? (How much do you charge to make an app or game for us?)
